Personal Information refers to any information about you that is personally identifiable to you. Geolocation data collected from your mobile device when you ask for a location of an ATM near you is personally identifiable when obtained through digital banking.
To ensure information remains confidential, OMEGA Federal Credit Union uses encryption technology such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect information you enter and submit from our website.
Regular Internet email is not secure. You should never provide information that is sensitive or confidential such as your social security number, account number, or PIN numbers. We also ask that you do not send personal or account information through regular e-mail.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION
OMEGA retains personal information for as long as necessary to provide the products and services for which the information was originally collected, to process and maintain a record of transactions, and as long as necessary for legal and government retention purposes. When the retention period expires, OMEGA will destroy collected data in a manner that will make the data completely unusable.

These links are provided as a convenience to our members. Many websites and apps use Google services to improve their content. When they integrate Google services, these sites and apps share information with Google. We use Google Analytics to better understand how users are visiting and using our sites. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. OMEGA FCU CARD GUARD MOBILE APP
Omega FCU Card Guard Mobile App periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information for enabling features such as, but not limited to, card use and alerts to prevent fraudulent activates, but only if the end user expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the feature(s) are being used or not at all, depending on the end user’s selection. The end user can change his/her/their location permissions at any time in their device settings.
OMEGA maintains social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, X, and You-Tube. When you post information on OMEGA’s social media pages, it will be subject to the privacy and security requirements of the social media site. When you log in and view OMEGA’s social media pages, we collect information about your activities on these sites.
