OMEGA’s June 1st System Outage

We will be completing our merger with the Allegheny Health Services Employees Federal Credit Union (AHSEFCU) beginning on Saturday, June 1st at approximately 12:00PM and we anticipate that the merger will be complete around 4:00PM.

During the hours of 12:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday, June 1st our system will be down for all of our members.

Please review the information below so that you will know what to expect during this system downtime:

Debit Cards– During this downtime all debit cards will be in offline mode, which will affect your daily spending limits. We want to make you aware that if you attempt to authorize a debit card purchase during these hours that your card could be declined. Since this is the case, we are recommending that you withdrawal some cash from your account prior to Saturday, June 1st at Noon for your daily purchases.

Cash Withdrawals– Our North Hills branch, located at 206 Siebert Road, will be open on Saturday, June 1st from 9:00AM until Noon. Please visit this branch to get some extra cash to have on hand. You can also use your debit card to withdrawal cash at any PNC Bank ATM machine surcharge free, but you will want to visit the ATM prior to 12:00PM on June 1st before the system goes down.

Digital and Mobile Banking– Since our system will be down, our members will lose access to their digital and mobile banking apps between 12:00PM and 4:00PM. If you attempt to log in to your OMEGA app or digital banking account during this downtime you will most likely get an error that the system is down.

Bill Pay Service– Members will not have access to their Bill Pay accounts during this outage. Please remember to schedule any bill payments prior to Saturday, June 1st at noon.

Remarkable Rewards VISA Credit Card-This outage WILL NOT affect your OMEGA Remarkable Rewards VISA credit card and purchases on your card will process normally on Saturday, June 1st.

Please note that we will do everything in our power to complete this merger as quickly as possible in hopes that we will be able to limit system downtime.
