As a result of the Merger between OMEGA FCU and Tri-Point FCU, a downtown full service branch located at 11 Stanwix Street, Suite 1018, is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM to assist all members.
Dear Tri-Point Members,
Welcome to OMEGA FCU! Effective March 1, 2016, your Tri-Point account information will transfer to OMEGA and the merger will be complete. Please read below for important instructions on how your Tri-Point products and services will transfer over to your new OMEGA account.
Membership Account Number – Your account number with OMEGA will be the same as your Tri-Point account number. If you have questions about your account number, please call 412-369-3800.
Debit Card and Pin Number – You will receive a new debit card at the end of February. Effective March 1, 2016, please safely discard your Tri-Point debit card and begin using your new OMEGA debit card. In late February, you will receive a separate mailing containing your new PIN number. To change your PIN, please refer to the instructions in the PIN mailer. Please carry cash on March 1, 2016 as transactions may not be approved until the data conversion is complete.
Savings Account/Club Accounts/IRA Accounts – Your balances will transfer over to your new OMEGA account. Direct deposit and payroll deduction to these accounts will post without interruption.
Checking Account – You will receive a set of checks the last week of February. Effective March 1, 2016, please safely discard your Tri-Point Checks and begin using the new OMEGA Checks.
Loan – All loan balances will transfer over to your new OMEGA account. Interest rates and payments will remain the same. If you make payments through payroll deduction or direct deposit, these payments will continue without interruption. If you would like a new coupon book, please call us at 412-369-3800 x 702.
Visa Card – Outstanding balances will transfer to your new OMEGA VISA card. You will receive a new VISA card in February. Upon receipt, please safely discard your Tri-Point VISA and begin using your new OMEGA VISA card. OMEGA’s UChoose Rewards VISA offers a balance transfer rate of 1.99% APR* and a rate as low as 8.99% APR* for purchases. Please enroll your new VISA card at www.uchooserewards.com to begin earning rewards immediately. UChoose Rewards VISA and UChoose Rewards Debit cards can be linked to maximize reward earning potential.
Online Banking and e-Statements – Your logon ID and password for online banking will not change. You can access your account by visiting www.omegafcu.com and clicking on the OMEGA@Home icon on the left tool bar.
Important: All Tri-Point members PREVIOUSLY enrolled in e-Statements, must enroll here: Statement Express in order to view e-statements prior to 03/1/2016. If you have any questions, please contact member services at 412-995-4962.
Bill Pay – You will need to set up a new Bill Pay Account. You can do this by signing on to OMEGA’s online banking product, OMEGA@Home, with your current online banking logon ID and password. For detailed instructions, please visit our website at www.omegafcu.com or call 412-369-3800 to schedule an appointment for set-up assistance.
Phone Banking – You can access OMEGA’s Member Only Phone Banking by calling 412-369-9999. You will need your account number and the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number to access phone banking.
