Welcome to OMEGA Federal Credit Union, we are excited to have you as members. It is our goal to make the transition to your new OMEGA account as seamless as possible. Please find additional information here that should help you to get started using your new account.
Did my account number change?
For most Copper and Glass FCU account holders the answer is no, your account number will remain the same. There were, however, a few members whose account numbers did need to change. If it was necessary to change your account number, you will be getting a notification in the mail from us with your new account number.
What will happen to my current loan with Copper and Glass FCU?
Any loans that you had with Copper and Glass FCU will transfer over to OMEGA FCU. Please note that your loan due dates, payment amounts, interest rate, and other terms will all remain the same. The only difference is that you will now make your loan payments payable to OMEGA FCU. Payments should be mailed to OMEGA at the following mailing address:

Can I get access to view my account in OMEGA’s digital banking platform?
Yes, you are now able to enroll your account in our on-line banking system. To enroll you will need your member number, Social Security number, and be using a phone number that we currently have on file for you. If you experience an error when attempting to enroll, please give us a call at 412-369-3800. Once you are enrolled you can sign up for our additional electronic services including E-Statements, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, and our Money$Manager budgeting tool.

Does OMEGA have an App that I can use to access my accounts from my phone?
Yes, OMEGA’s app is searchable in the app store of your mobile device by searching for OMEGA FCU.
Can I continue to use my current checks?
Yes, if you have a checking account with Copper and Glass FCU you can continue to access your account with your current checks. If you need new checks please let us know and we can get a box of checks ordered for you free of charge. If it was necessary for us to change your checking account number a new box of checks were already mailed out for you, so look for those in your mailbox.
Will I receive a new debit card in the mail?
Yes, if you have a debit card with Copper and Glass FCU you will be receiving a new OMEGA debit card in the mail the week of May 10th. Once you receive your new card, please call the Copper and Glass office at 412-673-9028 to let them know that you are ready to have your funds transferred over to OMEGA FCU.
After your funds are transferred over you can begin to use your new OMEGA Remarkable Rewards Debit Card immediately after it has been activated. To activate your card please call 1-800-631-3197 and follow the prompts select your PIN number. Please note when activating your card, you must call from a number that we have on file for you. If you are having trouble accessing your card and need assistance, please contact us at 412-369-3800 and we can assist you.

Can I earn rewards for my debit card purchases with my new OMEGA card?
All Copper and Glass debit cards were replaced with OMEGA’s Remarkable Rewards debit cards. Our Remarkable Rewards Debit Card will allow you to earn points for your purchases that can be redeemed for cash back, gift cards, or merchandise. Will I be receiving a new credit card?
Yes, if you have a VISA credit card with Copper and Glass FCU you will receive a new OMEGA VISA card in the mail. You can call the phone number on the back of the card to activate the card once you receive it and can start using it immediately. Your new OMEGA VISA is a rewards card, however the card must be registered before you can begin earning rewards. To register your new card please visit www.curewards.com
If you have a balance on your Copper and Glass VISA card, the balance will be transferred over to your new OMEGA VISA card. Please direct any questions regarding your new VISA or your balance transfer to our card services department at 412-369-3829.
Will my direct deposit post to my new OMEGA FCU account?
Yes, your direct deposit will post to your new OMEGA account and any payroll deductions that you had set up for loan payments, etc. will be processed.
