OMEGA – What the Yellow Phase means

In an effort to keep the members of OMEGA Federal Credit Union up to date, I wanted to share the following information on our efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19. Again, our #1 priority continues to be keeping our employees, members, and the communities that we serve safe.

All members entering our locations will still be required to wear a face mask. All of our employees will be provided with masks while at the office. The lobbies will continue to have reduced hours and we will continue to take appointments when those hours don’t meet your needs. We now have secure drop box options at the North Hills, Wexford and Robinson locations if you can’t make it during normal business hours.

The current office hours are:

Downtown:        Monday – Thursday 8AM to 2PM

Robinson:           Monday – Thursday 8AM to 2PM

Siebert Road:     Monday – Thursday 9AM to 3PM                             Saturday 8AM to Noon

Wexford:             Monday – Thursday 10:30AM to 4:30PM               Saturday: Closed

Friday Hours: Siebert and Wexford 8AM-6PM Downtown and Robinson are 8AM – 4:30PM

We continue to encourage our members to conduct transactions on your account virtually anywhere at any time. Here are just some of the ways you can access your accounts and funds:

  • On-Line Banking (View Balances, Transfer Funds, Make Payments)
  • Bill Pay (On-Line Banking) to schedule and pay bills at your convenience
  • Mobile Banking (View Balances, Transfer Funds, Make Payments)
  • Mobile Check Deposit (Deposit checks into your account)
  • Shared Service Center Locations (Visit https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/
  • ATM Deposits & Withdrawals (surcharge free through all PNC machines)
  • Debit (Cash Back available through most merchants)
  • Credit (Visa Card)
