Member Service Representative (Posted 10/1/25)

Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Operates on-line teller terminal and accurately records amounts received and disbursed – prepare reports of transactions.
  • Daily opening and closing of a teller terminal. Accounts for cash assigned, received, and disbursed
  • Accurately balances to daily close reports and remits daily work
  • Processes deposits to share, share draft, and other savings accounts
  • Disburses cash or check withdrawals
  • Interviews members to obtain information and explain available financial services, such as savings and checking accounts, IRA, Certificate of Deposit, and loans
  • Actively markets and cross-sells current and new products and services of the credit union and attempts to educate members on the benefits and features of new, as well as existing services

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma required or general education degree (GED); plus one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Strong analytical abilities, highly motivated, goal oriented, excellent member service skills, good communicator, strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Network Administrator (Posted 8/21/25)

Reports to: VP of Information Technology

As a network administrator at Omega Federal Credit Union, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the many networks and systems that keep our organization running. From maintaining ironclad security to leading updates and training users, you’ll be more than just IT support—you’ll be the common thread that connects the dots between all organizational operations. Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate degree in computer science, data processing, or related field
  • Two to Four years of networking experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Operational knowledge of network and routing protocols
  • Operational knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Operational knowledge of switch configuration and programming
  • Ability to install software and hardware on networking equipment and microcomputers
  • Familiarity with a variety of networking and personal computer software
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on servers, computers, and peripheral equipment

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings
  • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Consistently monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance
  • Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades
  • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network connected end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Document all internal controls and processes surrounding all IT products and services to ensure internal and external security following the best practices in the financial services industry
  • Identify the strategic objectives and determine the specific information requirements for the IT management services within all areas of the credit union
  • Administer hosted voice solution and all VOIP phones
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to date knowledge of all applicable State and Federal regulations that are covered in the IT area of responsibility
  • Plan and coordinate any project that involves IT while writing the applicable policies and controls for each process

Facilities Technician (Posted 11/26/25)

The Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of building systems, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures a safe, functional, and efficient environment for employees, members and visitors by performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely corrective repairs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or related trade preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft office
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair building equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure issues
  • Respond to work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and repair doors, locks, lighting, office furniture, and general building components
  • Oversee maintenance and detailing of all company automobiles

Facility Operations

  • Monitor building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, security, electrical panels) for proper functioning
