Although we may offer many of the same services as other financial institutions, OMEGA Federal Credit Union is structured very differently. We are a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by our members. Surplus earnings are returned to our members in the form of higher savings rates, lower loan rates and low or no fee products and services.

OMEGA FCU is led by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board of Directors establishes the policies of OMEGA FCU and advises on our day to day operations. OMEGA FCU follows conservative investment practices and we lend responsibly.

OMEGA Federal Credit Union was founded in 1940 and was formerly known as Bell International Federal Credit Union serving only Bell Telephone and AT&T employees. However, we now serve over 400 member companies of varying size and industry. Our goal is to provide our members with excellent member service and affordable and convenient products that will improve their financial well-being.
